My wife and I booked two dives with them at the last minute, and we had an amazing experience. Our underwater guide, Ramon, was very professional and knew the dive sites extremely well. He planned both dives as drift dives, which meant we did very little swimming against the current and were able to conserve our air and enjoy longer dives. On the first dive, he took us along beautiful reef walls and through caverns filled with fish. We even saw a shark, although it quickly swam away when it noticed us! For the second dive, we explored a shallower reef where we saw several sharks and a huge turtle. Both dives were fantastic, and in between, Ramon even arranged refreshments for us. Overall, an excellent experience. Ramon was knowledgeable, professional, and made the dives both relaxing and memorable. Highly recommended!

We booked a private charter and had so much fun snorkeling. Afterwards we headed to a sandbar with stingrays swimming everywhere.For lunch our boat captain Javier made ceviche for us. Overall great experience and would do it again.

I went diving for four days with Reef Riders earlier this month on a group diving trip. Ramon, Mariana and our captain Javier were the absolute best! Truly, such a professional and fun company. We had a group of six, mostly new divers and Ramon and Mariana were fantastic in ensuring a quality, safe experience for everyone. The dives were incredible. Mariana did such a great job giving an overview of what marine life we might see before each dive and also gave helpful pointers for some of the divers to improve their buoyancy and positioning. A few of us added on a night dive and it was phenomenal! Ramon was great about giving a thorough briefing before the dive and he managed to find all the wildlife! Without a doubt, Reef Riders is the place to go if you’re interested in diving or snorkeling in Cozumel.

I am not a strong swimmer. I didn't predict that I would find it unfamiliar and uncomfortable to breathe through my mouth when snorkeling for the first time. The Reef Riders team noticed my apprehension when I hit the water. They were quick to ease my tension, they were patient, kind, and supportive. And, in no time at all I was leading the pack and loving every second! Another member of my party had had a terrible previous experience with another group and she needed a lot of encouragement to try again. After her Reef Riders experience, she loves snorkeling and can't wait to do it again. Reef Riders are truly special humans! Take a chance. Highly recommend!

I’m so grateful to Ramon and Captain Javier for blessing us with one of the best days of our lives! I booked a snorkelling trip for myself and my 74-year-old mom, and we saw so much amazing sea life: two kinds of sea turtles, three types of stingrays, pufferfish, a moray eel, and some huge starfish! Ramon was patient and kind, and it was clear he really cares about safety. They even picked us up right at our resort’s pier, so we didn’t need to take a taxi into town. I’ll definitely book with them again next time I’m in Cozumel!

Reef Riders is the company to go with!!! Awesome dive master, Captain, boat and trainer (I was getting my open dive cert. the first two days). I was so nervous to go scuba diving and Allen my instructor was patient, calming and taught me a lot. It was nice to be a group size smaller than other companies we saw out diving. Reef Riders treated us to nice fruit and sandwiches between dives. They were prompt with responses and made everyone feel welcomed and we saw the coolest animals!!
