We had some schedule issues, all completely my fault, and not only were they cool about it but they bent over backwards to make it work. Ramon and his staff accommodated us and gave us the experience of a lifetime. We are a family of five and only two of us are strong swimmers. Ramon and Carlos were super patient with us and made us comfortable. These guys are a blast. Reef riders is a 5 star operation, classy people and very experienced. We called the day before for a snorkel trip, and Reef Riders were able to put us on a boat last minute with a lovely couple who were scuba diving. We were a small family of three,, Che Che was an outstanding and knowledgeable guide, and Javier, the boat captain, was attentive and friendly. We were so lucky to book with Reef Riders. As we drifted and saw unlimited marine life while exploring the reefs, we noticed several large group boats unload and load as we stayed in the water. These guys definitely provided a unique and personal experience. Communication was prompt, courteous, and consistent from booking to pick up to drop off. They even sent a GPS so we could track the boat for our pick up. These people love their jobs, and are able to pass on their passion to guests. Reef Riders Cozumel is 100% reliable and customize trips for guests. Highly recommend. There were 3 of us snorkeling and another group of 4 scuba diving, each with our own guide plus the captain driving us around. Wow me and my friends really had the best time. I heard so much about the snorkeling in Cozumel and I was so impressed by the wildlife I was shown by Ramon. Everything about this experience was great from the equipment to the food and the guidance. I could not have asked for a better time I really really recommend you go here , we had the boat to ourselves and got to play our own music. We saw everything from lobsters, lots of different kinds of fish, star fish, stingray and EVEN A SEA TURTLE.
