We were truly amazed at how genuinely caring, attentive, helpful and professional Ramon was. Top class service from the very first moment meeting till the last dive. The boat Sea Car is extremely nice and comfortable. The captain was also very involved with helping divers with gear and getting in and out of the water. If you have your own gear and are diving for several days, Ramon provides full service with taking care of your gear. You leave it on the boat after diving and come back the next day to your gear all set up for you to dive again. This was a very nice touch and made our great diving experience even greater. We dove different sites on every dive (total of 8) and saw lots of marine life, coral reef walls and a sunken ship. Swimming through coral reef passages and inside the ship was amazing. Highly recommend booking your scuba trip with Reef Riders and Ramon. It is really hard to find enough nice words to express our amazing experience. Thank you so much, Ramon! My wife and I are newer divers and had some nerves. The experience that he gave was way beyond what I could have hoped for. The service was fantastic and I felt from day 1 that we were in good hands. Boat was super clean and all the staff was very kind. I can’t say enough about what a wonderful experience it was booking the private snorkel trip with Jhony as our guide along with Ramón whom I communicated with several times to make sure all my questions and concerns were addressed. I was worried about booking an excursion not through our cruise line but Ramón was very flexible with our meet up time so we didn’t have to stress about missing out if it took a little longer to disembark from our cruise. It was a very easy and quick cab ride to the marina where they are located, there’s no extra fees involved that a few other operators charge when I was looking around. Most importantly this is such a great value having the whole boat to yourself and being flexible with staying in a location longer if there is so much to see and not feeling rushed to the next site and tailoring the experience to what you are interested in. Jhony was incredibly knowledgeable and patient with my 4 kids and even let my son swim around with and take pictures with his gopro. The guacamole and snacks were amazing and it was made even better as we ate off a floating table surrounded by stingrays in the clearest water I’ve ever seen! Honestly we had thought we were gonna be with a larger group and it turned out it was just us! Also got my nitrox certification and Ramon was a wonderful help with learning how to check the levels and everything! Once in the water, we had gotten to see a bit of everything (nurse shark, lobster, turtle, ray, and plenty of fish!) In between our dives, we had gotten to relax and have a beautiful little lunch. Then back into the water! I recently booked a scuba trip with Reef Riders for myself and my son and had a wonderful time. Our guide Ramon, who is also an owner, took us to 3 different spots where we saw turtles, rays and what seemed to be at 15 different species of amazing tropical fish. We've been allover Mexico and working with this scuba diving company was the easiest, the drift diving was easy, the sea life was phenomenal and let's take a looooong moment to talk about the team who runs this operation. Recently booked reef riders for our first snorkeling experience. We had some schedule issues, all completely my fault, and not only were they cool about it but they bent over backwards to make it work. Ramon and his staff accommodated us and gave us the experience of a lifetime. We are a family of five and only two of us are strong swimmers. Ramon and Carlos were super patient with us and made us comfortable. These guys are a blast. Reef riders is a 5 star operation, classy people and very experienced. Will definitely repeat every chance we get to get down there. Gracias chicos!!
