A terrific day out with Ramon on a private snorkeling tour-we went to 3 different spots, one with lots of fish (and a few sharks, lobsters and a turtle) another spot with lots of turtles and another with starfish and stingrays. We ended on El Cielo beach eating fruit and chips and guac in the water among the stingrays. Ramon is super nice and accommodating, the trip went just as i had expected (and i had high expectations from reading reviews) Ramon provided a perfect snorkeling tour.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Could have not asked for a better experience diving with Ramón and team. The whole crew was friendly and patient, and easily able to accommodate both very advanced divers and those working on their skills. Dive groups are small with a great ratio of Dive Masters to divers, rental equipment is new and in great shape, the boat is fast and the snacks are good. His kindness, knowledge and experience is something I was not expecting when I booked the final portion of my open water certification. He went through all the necessary material in way that was easy to understand and ensured I was comfortable with the information. He knows the waters and understands the currents and tries his best to make every dive the best experience for you. The equipment is excellent, the boat is new, the captain is awesome and the diving is amazing. Reef Riders is by far the best part of our trip to Cozumel and cemented our decision to come back. Ramon did a fantastic job organizing and setting up our dives since we were coming in from the mainland and we were not staying on the island. Our first impression was wonderful. They have a beautiful boat with great gear and probably some of the friendliest dive staff that I’ve ever encountered. They made the whole thing super memorable. We did a two tank afternoon dive and one tank night dive, and it was superb. We had a blast and from someone who doesn’t like night dives that means a lot coming for me. They even made sure that we made it back to the ferry to the mainland on time.
